OBJECTIVE
Design the interface of a native application maintaining the inherited structure and flow. The main objective was to capture the client's vision while maintaining the parameters in the study brief.
In the client's words: The design must have an environment that transmits peace where users can study"
I used pastel purple as a base color (purple represents wisdom, creativity, imagination, etc.) and shade variations. Also, I chose red and yellow as complementary/secondary colors since they were the ones on the palette that contrasted best with the background and the text. No modifications were made to the font style proposed by the client.
I proposed a forest theme for the background since it conveys tranquility, peace, and well-being. Also, I leaned towards a simple vector style with layers to give it depth, in flat color, and without details so as not to saturate, in some cases accompanied by the vector of a character climbing (reaching a goal). Because I had creative freedom, I wanted to give the icons enough presence by applying details and color in some cases.
Finally, I applied curves and radius to the content boxes, buttons, and other components to give it a more fun and youthful tone.
APP MECHANICS
The app allows users to transmit and share their knowledge and skills through rooms and chats with other users simultaneously, which helps them learn diverse and interesting topics and meet people from different places while having fun.
At the same time, professional users (previous verification) can generate small income by providing courses and or teaching.
