Objective
Objective Design an easy-to-navigate website that allows users to find published articles and news, highlighting the 4 main categories of the magazine and the subscription to the Yan-Ken-Po monthly newsletter.
The client was looking to obtain more coverage and presence, adding more views and generating more interest in the content of the sector (there is a content).
I gave each category a characteristic color to differentiate them. I chose bright colors (neon type) and applied font styles to obtain a youthful style and tone. The selection of the following was after prior communication and approval of the client.
It was requested to be on- page so I organized the content in boxes and distributed it in columns, except the article or news reading section since I wanted to leave a standard reading style.
The design was based on news/article images, so I focused on the correct positioning of elements, saving space without affecting the content, and visual detail. I also touched up some of the static images on the page. Although this design was not strictly designed with mobile in mind, the use and application of boxes and frames in the structure would greatly facilitate adaptability to different devices.
