Online app focused on specialized medical care, this solution allows the user to request face-to-face and online consultations, have their medical records available, make payments and download prescriptions to provide immediate, comfortable, and reliable care.
For the design, it was decided to give the UI a clean and minimalist tone. The focus is on the specialties, relying on descriptive icons that help read and identify elements. The colors of the brand remain, playing with different types of opacity to generate separations.
The force of the application is in the text, which is why it was specified not to use images as the main visual support.
The use of the application is divided into 2 users, the doctor/specialist and the patient.
Both users have the same navigation flow, from registration to completion. Each user has specific different functions that differentiate the purpose of using the application.
The objective of the doctor/specialist is to provide the service of medicine and appointments within the specialties specified in the Dashboard of the app.
The objective of the patient is to obtain the service by selecting one of the specialties specified in real-time in the Dashboard of the app, as well as obtaining prescribed medical prescriptions.
A back office must validate relevant data related to users to confirm the veracity of their documents and / or information written by users.
PATIENT
Patients can choose between two options: make an appointment and review the appointment history.
DOCTOR
The doctor/specialist can choose between three options: see the calendar, appointment history and the weekly schedule.
PROFILE
Both the patient and the doctor have the option to edit their profile.
Patient: you must fill in your personal and contact information and answer an internal questionnaire that will be read by the doctor when scheduling an appointment.
Doctor: unlike the patient, the doctor must place a photo fill in the data of profession, price of the service, and electronic signature for the realization of medical prescriptions.
VIDEO CALL
The main function of the application is the possibility of having consultations in real time with specialists / doctors in the different areas of medicine offered by the brand.
RECIPE / SHEET
The doctor has the function of viewing the patient's file, where the current medical summary / history of the patient is specified. Likewise, the doctor will be able to generate valid medical prescriptions that can be downloaded from the app in PDF format, directly from the appointment or in the appointment history section.
DETAIL
Finally, the query detail will be created for both users. This will be managed through the back office of the app.
